There are four units on every typical floor in each of the Blocks, except Block B, which has two units on the lower-ground level. All units in the community are similar. Each unit is approximately 90 m2, including the balconies.

Westpoint Heights comprises two residential blocks. Block A has 32 two-bedroom units, two-bathroom units, while Block B has 34 similar units. Each block is served with a lift connected to the back-up generator and a staircase.
